After a decade of hauling 3-tonne plus boats across New Zealand’s rugged countryside and dealing with repeated failures of traditional suspension systems we knew there had to be a better way

Unlike traditional leaf spring systems that rely on multiple moving metal on metal parts, our composite suspension features a solid, unified spring that stretches and absorbs shocks through the material itself.

This design eliminates metal-to-metal contact, significantly reducing wear, rust, and corrosion—common issues with standard leaf springs exposed to harsh environments.
